Kuriyama Saiten Exhibition Traveller Extinction and generation, existence and absence, destruction and creation; these opposing states are seemingly recognizable, yet they are no more than cut-out fragments of a continual process. The existence of all things in this world is ambiguous. I use light and sound in my work as metaphors for these processes because they do not possess physical substance.
